New training opportunities

We wanted to update you about upcoming training sessions with Prospects Across Scotland.  We work with churches to encourage, inspire and resources them welcome people with learning disabilities and autism, so that they can know Jesus and be valued members of local congregations.

Both sessions are online and open to everyone in Scottish churches – from leaders to volunteers. Please feel free to share as widely as possible. It’s essential that anyone interested books a ticket, but if cost is a barrier to anyone, please email Hilary at hilary.lacroix@prospectsacrossscotland.org.uk and she will arrange a no-questions-asked discount. We want our training to be available to as many people as possible. All our training includes detailed training notes and resources for you to use. We also offer a discount to anyone booking two sessions.

On Monday  May 19^th 7-9pm we are running ‘Communities of Belonging – Worship for All’, tickets cost £10.

Autism in the Church Family will be running again on Monday May 26^th 7-9pm, tickets cost £15.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. We are also most happy to come and offer training in-person to your church or group or to give a talk about the work of Prospects Across Scotland. We can also offer Zoom training just to a group in your church should that be more appropriate, as well as bespoke sessions, perhaps for Continuing Professional Development, or to consider specific situations. We are very much here to be of service to the local church.
